Dr. Renate Baumgartner

Dr. Renate Baumgartner is a research assistant (post-doc) at the Center for Gender and Diversity Research. She is a sociologist and pharmacist and researches sociological perspectives on artificial intelligence in medicine; in particular, she deals with questions of discrimination and fairness. Renate Baumgartner has published in various disciplines, including sociology, medicine and the life sciences.
