Katja Dill

Katja Dill

Katja Dill has been a scholarship holder of the doctoral program Gender Studies at the University of Vechta since October 2019. In her dissertation entitled “When machines learn from (hu)man: the posthuman mimesis of gender”, she researches the structural discrimination of systems of artificial intelligence. Since 2020 she has been working as a research assistant for the IFAF-funded HR 4.0 and Diversity project. Her work and research focus are in the field of interdisciplinary gender research, explicitly with a socio-technological perspective on the (re) production of minority and majority relationships.
