With a background in technology assessment and war studies, she is now working on the subject of ethics &amp; digitization as part of her doctorate. In the project funded by the BMBF<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forschung-it-sicherheit-kommunikationssysteme.de\/projekte\/anyppa\"> Anonymous Predictive People Analytics<\/a> she examines acceptance factors for the use of automated personnel management and how a possible use of the applications can be designed in the interests of employees.
