As part of the project<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hiig.de\/project\/kiundwissensarbeit\/\"> Artificial intelligence and knowledge work<\/a> She is particularly concerned with the perspective of co-determination actors on the use of AI. Sonja is also currently a Research Fellow in the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.denkfabrik-bmas.de\"> Think tank digital working society<\/a> of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, where she examines the risks and potentials of AI in personnel management.
