Katharina Mosene is a political scientist (M.A.) and has been in charge of research and event collaborations at the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans Bredow Institute (HBI) since July 2019, primarily in connection with the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society and the Network of Centers. Her academic interests include intersectional feminist approaches to network policy, smart technologies and internet governance. In addition to the context of digital violence, hate speech and anti-feminism, it deals with traditional biases and ethical issues in the field of artificial intelligence. <\/p>\n\n
In addition, she is associated with the TUM Medical Education Center at the TU Munich in the area of digital education \/ eLearning.<\/p>\n\n
As a freelancer, she is involved with Deutschland sicher im Netz e.V. under the auspices of the Federal Ministry of the Interior in the area of consumer protection and conducts workshops for volunteers and associations on Internet security topics.<\/p>\n\n
In her spare time she is a founding member of netzforma* e.V. – Verein f\u00fcr feministische Netzpolitik.
