In order to rule out discrimination and unjust treatment through decision-making processes implemented with the help of artificial intelligence, appropriate laws should be passed across the EU. This is what the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) demands. Too little attention is paid to the fact that AI applications can also affect fundamental rights, according to the agency in its report published on December 14, 2020.<\/p>\n\n

As an example, the FRA referred to the risk of making access to the labor market more difficult for certain sections of the population by giving names or addresses. In addition, it is not clear to many citizens when a decision concerning them was made by an algorithm. These problems need to be regulated by law. <\/p>\n\n
