Algo.Rules – Ethics in the context of digitalization

Algorithmic systems are used in more and more areas and with their help decisions are made that have a significant impact on our lives. They bring with them both opportunities and risks. It is up to us to work together to ensure that algorithmic systems are designed for the benefit of society. The individual and collective freedoms and rights depicted in human rights should be strengthened, not restricted, by algorithmic systems. Regulations to protect these standards must remain enforceable. To achieve this, the Algo.Rules were developed. Rules for the design of algorithmic systems are laid down in them.
