Miriam Klöpper
Miriam Klöpper is a research associate at FZI Research Center for Computer Science Berlin . With a background in technology assessment and war studies, she is now working on the subject of ethics & digitization as part of her doctorate. In the project funded by the BMBF Anonymous Predictive People Analytics she examines acceptance factors for the use of automated personnel management and how a possible use of the applications can be designed in the interests of employees. The ethical aspects in dealing with algorithm-driven applications are in the foreground, as is the development of low-threshold measures to make the risks and potentials of the applications clearly recognizable for all employees.
