Sonja Koehne

Sonja Köhne is an associated doctoral candidate in the Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Society research group at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society. As part of the project Artificial intelligence and knowledge work She is particularly concerned with the perspective of co-determination actors on the use of AI. Sonja is also currently a Research Fellow in the Think tank digital working society of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, where she examines the risks and potentials of AI in personnel management. Her focus is on how work practices and relationships in organizations change when AI-based systems are introduced.
