Dr.-Ing. Axel Zentner

Axel Zentner, Dr.-Ing., studied waste management and contaminated sites (Dipl.), obtained his doctorate in the field of methodical recording of green waste potentials on settlement and traffic areas and their implementation in municipal recycling structures. He works at the Institute for Waste and Recycling Management at the Technical University of Dresden, where he heads the Biological Processes research group, among other things, is active in capacity building and is dedicated to material flow management and recycling of mineral, as well as innovative materials and recyclables. Currently, Axel Zentner is conducting research on product design, recyclability and material flow management of fiber-containing composites in the BMBF project We! recycle fibers.
