Interaction with technical devices – be it via voice or other input forms – has long taken place as a matter of course in everyday life. But what are the possibilities for possible business applications? Using voice and chatbots as an example, Jun.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Ingo Siegert shows in which business areas the machine processing of spoken and written language with the help of machine learning and cognitive computing offers promising possibilities for use – and where the limits lie. In addition, media artist Bruno Kramm will present his music project “Pandemic Robot Orchestra”, which shows the potential of artificial intelligence in the cultural field.
